- Do you have a storefront?
At this time, we DO NOT own a retail shop. Willow and Rose is an events florist that offers retail ONLY for Shabbos and Holiday Florals.
- How do I place an order?
All retail orders will be placed directly through our website from our catalog.
- When is the order deadline for shabbos?
9:00pm Wednesday night. Any order placed after the deadline will not be guaranteed.
- What are my ordering options?
We offer hand tied bouquets and arrangements in assorted sizes. Please look at our catalog for details.
- How does sizing work?
Sizing is based on stem cost. Please look into our photo catalog for approximate visual reference.
- How much is tax?
Tax is calculated at checkout according to local and state mandates.
- What are the subscription options?
Monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, yearly. All subscriptions are subject to tax and receive FREE DELIVERY!!
- How do I subscribe?
Click the link in our website to subscribe. You will asked to provide your email address and complete a brief form.
- Where are you located?
We are located in Flatbush, Brooklyn
- Do you deliver?
Yes. Retail delivery cost depends on location. Please select your location at checkout to see current rates.
- Is there a minimum to order?
Yes. Retail minimum is $65 for a handtied bouquet and $100 for an arrangement. Holidays and special occasions are subject to increased minimums
- What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards.
- How do I know my order has been finalized?
All orders will be finalized after payment has been provided. Customers will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice
- When will I receive my order?
All retail orders are for Shabbos and holiday delivery. Shabbos orders will be delivered either Thursday evening or Friday morning. Holiday delivery will be determined closer to. Please subscribe to get the latest delivery information.
